  30. I've had problems with mine--drops carrier, won't allow binary 
  31. transfers, etc.  I've read a lot of very bad things on compuserve about 
  32. their (USR's) recent "bad" customer service, also.

  34. The sad thing is that I've always had good luck with their modems in the 
  35. past...back in the old days up until the 14.4s...the 28.8s well?  Just 
  36. be sure to get the latest revisions of everything!
