- I've had problems with mine--drops carrier, won't allow binary
- transfers, etc. I've read a lot of very bad things on compuserve about
- their (USR's) recent "bad" customer service, also.

- The sad thing is that I've always had good luck with their modems in the
- past...back in the old days up until the 14.4s...the 28.8s well? Just
- be sure to get the latest revisions of everything!
